1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ClearFlow English web app (hosted at clearflowai.in/learning) or any associated services provided by Clearflow AI Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the service immediately.

2. Description of Service

ClearFlow English provides digital interactive English learning tools, including active speech shadowing, AI conversation coaching, grammar correction with bilingual (Hindi-English) guidance, spaced-repetition vocabulary vaults, and daily habit tracking. The service is delivered electronically via modern web browsers and installable Progressive Web Apps (PWA).

3. Educational AI Disclaimer

Our AI Speaking Coach and Grammar Doctor utilize advanced generative AI models (including Google Gemini and Groq) to provide conversational practice and feedback. While designed to be helpful, supportive, and highly accurate:

• Feedback is generated by automated algorithms for personal educational practice.
• ClearFlow English does not guarantee specific exam scores or official language proficiency certifications (such as IELTS, TOEFL, or CEFR).
• Users must exercise independent judgment when practicing professional communication.

4. User Accounts & Security

To access personalized progress tracking, learners create an account using email verification (OTP) or Google OAuth. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to create multiple automated accounts or engage in fraudulent activities.

5. Subscriptions, Passes & Pricing

ClearFlow English offers both free trial access and premium prepaid access passes:

• Free Trial: New registered users receive a 7-Day Full-Access Free Pass to evaluate all premium features.
• Prepaid Access Passes: Learners can purchase 1-Month, 3-Month, or 1-Year access passes at the rates published on our platform.
• Prepaid Model: All passes are fixed-duration prepaid access. There are no recurring auto-debit surprises. When your pass expires, you may choose to renew.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All subscription pass purchases are strictly governed by our dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy. Because a 7-day free trial is provided prior to purchase, and because digital computing and AI token resources are provisioned immediately upon account activation, all sales are final and non-refundable, with an explicit exception for duplicate technical payment transactions.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, scrape, or extract source code from ClearFlow English; (b) use automated bots or scripts to access AI endpoints; (c) transmit defamatory, offensive, or unlawful content through speech or text prompts; (d) resell or commercially redistribute access without express written permission from Clearflow AI Technologies.

8. 1-on-1 Peer Calling & Community Guidelines

ClearFlow English offers interactive peer-to-peer audio and video practice rooms designed exclusively for spoken English practice in a respectful, supportive environment. By accessing these features, you expressly agree to our Community Standards:

• Zero Tolerance for Abuse: Harassment, hate speech, vulgarity, offensive language, obscenity, sexual solicitation, bullying, or discrimination against any learning partner is strictly prohibited.
• No Unsolicited Recording: Recording, screen-capturing, or broadcasting any part of a peer conversation without explicit mutual consent is strictly forbidden.
• Instant End & Reporting: Learners may terminate any live call immediately and report inappropriate conduct to our grievance team at support@clearflowai.in.
• Immediate Termination: Any verified violation of these community standards will result in immediate, permanent account termination and forfeiture of access without prior notice or refund.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
